Alana graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Master of Physical Therapy in 2025, after completing her Bachelor of Kinesiology. Her lifelong love of movement and play— shaped by years of being a multisport athlete playing ringette, hockey, flag football and soccer—has fueled her passion for wanting to help children thrive through physiotherapy.
With over 10 years of experience running ringette camps and working with young athletes, Alana brings a unique perspective to paediatric and orthopaedic physiotherapy. She blends evidence-based orthopaedic treatment with creativity and play to engage children in ways that are both fun and functional. Her approach focuses on helping kids reach their goals by meeting them where they are—on the move.
Alana is excited to continue building connections with families, using her background in sport, movement science, and rehabilitation to support children of all abilities in achieving their potential. She is passionate about making physiotherapy a positive experience for kids, rooted in play, empowerment, and progress.
